Deposit and Manufacturing Policy for Custom Orders
A 50% deposit of the final sale price is required to begin manufacturing after clients provide final approval for their design. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece before delivery.
Return Policies
Shop Items
Shop items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain in the same condition as when shipped. There will be a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact us within this period. Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Custom-Designed Items
Because each piece is uniquely designed to your individual specifications, custom-designed items are nonreturnable. We offer unlimited revisions to the CAD design before initiation of manufacture to ensure your satisfaction. Our team dedicates extensive time and attention to detail during the design process to finalize a concept that exceeds your expectations before proceeding with manufacturing.

Final approval from each client is required before production begins. Once the design is approved and manufacturing has started, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

Because of the customized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the design is approved and production is underway.

We encourage open communication and work diligently with you throughout the no-rush revision process to achieve the perfect design.
Jewelry Guarantee & Satisfaction Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your jewelry, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you to address concerns, including offering adjustments or a replacement if applicable.
